Matrix Control Solutions Ltd has been awarded, by N G Bailey & Co Ltd, 5 new build schools in Leeds.
The Schools, Carr Manor, Shakespeare / Primrose, South Leeds, Ralph Thoresby and John Smeaton, completed in 2 phases over the next 2 years, will benefit more than 5800 young people and provide them and the wider community with state-of-the-art facilities.
The schools combined represent the single largest contract Matrix Control Solutions Ltd has undertaken to date, at almost £900,000.00. The projects shall be managed and supported from the recently opened Leeds office.
A Trend IQ3 and 963 Supervisor system was selected by Matrix Control Solutions Ltd to fully control and monitor the underfloor heating, hot water, ventilation, air conditioning and science gas isolation systems, with over 1000 physical data points on each school. The benefit of proving such a comprehensive controls system provides a safe and comfortable environment for both pupils and staff as well as allowing the users the ability to meter, monitor, analyse and possibly implement energy cost savings in the future.
