Matrix Control Solutions Ltd considers health and safety for both our staff and others with whom we have contact as a high priority and our employees have been trained in Health and Safety using recognised outsourced consultants
We have a health and safety best practise manual, which is issued to all employees, we have recognised the industry skill card programme and we have our staff trained and issued with the appropriate certification.
Matrix Control Solutions Ltd supports the construction industries initiative to confirm the levels of competence and the Health & Safety awareness of properly skilled craftspeople in the Building and Construction industries.
The company made a firm decision at its launch in 2003 that all employees would be registered under the CSCS affiliated Electro-technical Certification Scheme (ECS) administered by the Joint Industries Board (JIB).
A standard feature of the company's interview and induction procedures for prospective/new starters is a review of their registration under the ECS. The company undertakes to ensure that new employees who do not already possess ECS Skill Cards complete the requisite Health & Safety training and are registered as soon as practical.
